The J-1 Student Intern category requires submission of a written evaluation of the scholar's performance. A final evaluation is required at the end of their J-1 program at UCSD and, for programs lasting longer than 6 months, a midpoint evaluation is also required.
Complete the J-1 Student Intern Evaluation Initiation form in iServices. Completing the form will generate an automated email to your faculty sponsor to request that they evaluate your student intern program.
Discuss the evaluation requirement with your faculty sponsor prior to submitting this eform; make sure they are aware that they will be receiving an email request to evaluate your internship experience.
