As of 3/18/2024, all international faculty and scholars must register with ISEO through the new iServices portal. If your initial J-1/H-1B/E-3/TN status was not processed using this system, please check your email for communication from ISEO regarding log in details or reach out to ischolars@ucsd.edu for support.
ISEO has sent out an email communication to ALL current scholars detailing the necessary instructions and credentials to log in to the iServices portals. Please contact ischolars@ucsd.edu if you believe you have not received this email.

You can find this 8 digit ID number by logging into UCPath (click on the row for UC San Diego); once in your record your ID number will be displayed in the top right hand corner).

I-94 Admit Until Date: This should be listed on your I-94 documentation as D/S (Duration of Status) rather than a specific end date.
If you do not have D/S listed, provide the admit until date marked instead.

Once the registration is marked as Approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details regarding next step resources, like applying for a SSN.
